1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a request for document attestation through https://www.e-visa1.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description
https://www.e-visa1.com provides assistance in processing and managing official document attestation requests through embassies and other competent authorities.
The service includes reviewing the documents you submit, verifying your embassy’s latest requirements, and determining the required papers, updated fees, and delivery costs.
After reviewing your request, the total cost and full details will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number within less than 24 working hours from the time the request is submitted.

3. Payment Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once the attestation process has been initiated.
Your payment confirms your acceptance of the terms and procedures related to this service as communicated via the company’s official email address info@e-visa1.com.
You will also receive a tax invoice corresponding to your payment.

4. Accuracy of Documents and Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and valid information. https://www.e-visa1.com is not liable for any delays or rejections caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or expired documentation.

5. Processing Time
A response will be provided within a maximum of 24 working hours from the time the request is received, during the official working hours of the United Arab Emirates.
Public holidays and non-working days in the UAE are not included in this period.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
https://www.e-visa1.com is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and documents, and they will be used solely for the purpose of processing the requested attestation service.

7. Official Communication
Official communication will be conducted only through the company’s verified email address: info@e-visa1.com.
Clients are advised to regularly check their inbox, including spam or junk folders.

8. Limitation of Liability and Refunds
https://www.e-visa1.com acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the embassy or the competent government authority, and has no influence over their final decisions or processing time.
In case of rejection by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the concerned embassy due to official non-compliance, responsibility lies with the applicant.
However, if no update or response is provided within 24 working hours from the time of submission, the client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Note: Embassy and attestation fees are subject to change without prior notice, and the company will notify the client as soon as any official update is received.

9. Updates to Terms
https://www.e-visa1.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted through the company’s official communication channels.
